A Time for Awards

It is not often that I have the courage to brag, but these last 5 months have been a HUGE blessing for my life; with all the new friends I have made, reconnecting with my long-time loved friends, time to create, but also an amazing time of growth for my Stampin’ Up! business. At the Stampin’ Up! annual OnStage@Home (typically in person), I was given recognition for my efforts to date.

June 2020 was my first month, my title started as Bronze, and my instant income was 20%. I dove right in with my first stamp camp in nearly 17 years! I really love to teach others that creativity is achievable, with just the right tools and instruction. Stampin’ Up! makes that so easy with all their coordinating supplies that are consistent and high quality. My first Stamp Camp was a hit and I was able to achieve the 3-month Quick Start in my first 30-days! This goal requires $900 in sales! My reward for this achievement was points that I could turn in towards free merchandise or supplies. How cool is that for a budding business!

I decided to make my stamp camp a monthly goal, and by the end of July, I had nearly doubled my sales and achieved the 6-month Quick Start in just 60-days! That goal requires $1800 in sales over-all. With that achievement, I also was promoted Bronze Elite! That gave me an extra 5% off my Stampin’ Up! purchases and sales, for a total of 25% off everything (or 25% income on all sales). I also got my first recruit in July, which put me on track for my next promotion. Whew!! Again, I received rewards which gave me free merchandise or supplies.

In August, I had another stellar month, with a party along with my stamp camp, creating more in sales. The sales and my one required recruit qualified me for my next promotion to Silver. Now I will receive an annual 2% of my sales as a bonus. YES!!

In September, I had another party, my monthly stamp camp, and ended up with two more recruits. One of my 3 recruits also promoted to Bronze Elite. The fiscal year for Stampin’ Up! ends on September 30, and so the above efforts of my team and I, I was honored with the badge for Team Building, and a badge for Leadership.

October saw continued steady sales, increasing my annual sales total, and with November’s sales to date, I have enough sales to qualify for the next promotion of Silver Elite, but am only missing two recruits and one recruit promoting to Silver. Soon!!

I have many goals for my little business. For one, I want to promote to Silver Elite. This will enable me to be part of the Leadership Team of SU!. Secondly, I love mentoring others and want to share the rich rewards of friendship, creativity, exciting new product, additional income, and free merchandise!! This means I plan to continue building up my team. Thirdly, this is my retirement supplement as well. I cannot think of a better way to pay for my crafting than Stampin’ Up! They treat their demonstrators and customers like gold. I see other demonstrators, with years of consistent hard work, have an income that not only pays for the fun they have, but supplements their family’s necessities and extras.

I love SU!’s values: “WE CARE ABOUT PEOPLE FIRST; WE ACT WITH COURAGE; WE BETTER OUR BEST; WE OWN IT”. Isn’t that a fabulous set of values?

Their “Statement of the Heart” is even better: “To love what we do and share what we love, As we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments . . . In this we make a difference.” Stampin’ Up! has made a huge difference in my life, and I could not be happier for the choice of becoming part of their family.

I have been told that the achievements I have made to date are unusually fast for most demonstrators. While I am not allowed to share my income, with my team, it is most definitely more than 25% of my sales. Such a huge blessing for such an unusual year!

I hope you will consider becoming part of the Stampin’ Up! family. I have had so much fun along with all the hard work. The rewards are more than money or discounts!

I can only shower deep gratitude on my loving & patient family, wonderful supportive friends, amazing up-line (Stampin’ Up! family), and our faithful Father in Heaven. What an amazing 5 months! I cannot wait to see what the next year brings!!
