Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack

I had so much fun working with the stunning Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack, and could hardly believe how easy it was to make 14 cards in just a couple of hours (2 of each). The elements in the ephemera pack add elegance to any card. This lovely pack has 40 pieces (2 each of each piece), and makes lots of cards. The card pack coordinates perfectly with the Blackberry Beauty DSP.

Birthday Wishes

One of the best elements to the Blackberry Beauty DSP, is that the opposite side makes for wonderful cards as well, especially for men, as I struggle to come up with cards for all the male family and friends in my life. I used the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack, Blackberry Beauty DSP with a little Gold Foil Specialty Paper, Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots, and the Gold Shimmer Ribbon. I used Cinnamon Cider CS for the card base, then added a 1-1/4”x5-1/4” strip of DSP, layered over a 1/2” of Gold Foil CS, over a 3-1/4”x5-1/4” piece of DSP. I stamped the verse from Garden Birdhouses Stamp Set with Early Espresso ink on the tag from the ephemera pack, popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The last item added was the owl from the ephemera pack, also popped up. more pics below…

This card was super simple to assemble. I used the Blackberry Bliss CS for the card base, added a layer of Cinnamon Cider CS (5-3/8”x4-1/8”), with a piece of Blackberry Beauty DSP (3”x4”) overlapped with Gold Shimmer Vellum (2-3/4”x4” embossed with Time Worn Type 3D EF). The verse was stamped on a tag from the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack in Blackberry Bliss ink, then added the frame and foliage from the ephemera pack as well, all popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a little bow from the Simply Elegant Trim in gold, and the Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots in gold. more pics below…
