FLORAL IMPRESSIONS Suite Collection Scrapbook Layout

Spring Blooms and Sweet Moments

There’s something so special about capturing those little everyday moments that reflect God’s beauty and love—and today’s scrapbook layout does just that.

For last week’s Scrapbooking & Scripture project, I used the breathtaking Floral Impressions Suite Collection from Stampin’ Up!’s Online Exclusives to create a layout that’s full of life, color, and joy.

This suite’s watercolor blooms and soft, detailed textures were the perfect match for capturing a sweet springtime memory of our granddaughter’s special moment. In my live video (on YouTube), I walked you through how I layered the floral patterns to frame the photo by creating a second layout, adding a soft ink-blended background. I also shared a touch of scripture to remind us of hope after sorrow.

I created this gorgeous layout by using a blank White Willow 12x12 cardstock. Inspired by the stunning rainbow flower art in the DSP and my sweet granddaughter’s bright smile, I added a soft blended background to match the DSP and splattered ink to match the blended colors (my YouTube video carefully goes over what colors I used for this layout).

I layered the gorgeous fussy cut FLORAL IMPRESSIONS DSP to frame a cherished photo of her with her mom. (Thankfully I have a Scan n Cut to do most of the fussy cutting.)

As I created this layout, I was reminded of Isaiah 61:3 “… to give BEAUTY for ashes, the oil of JOY for morning, …”

This verse felt like the perfect reflection of what this page represents. Our granddaughter is truly a joy of the Lord—growing strong, blooming beautifully, and displaying His splendor with every smile as we all journey through grief. She inspires us with her heart and little tender reflections of her mom.

I truly loved creating delicate sprays of flowers and lush foliage to beautifully mimic the lovely Floral Impressions DSP pattern. I even took the time to carefully place the tiny, lone petals here and there, adding that extra touch of natural charm and whimsy to the design.

The “Spring” title adds the perfect final touches to this fresh and cheerful design, lovingly cut by my Scan n Cut (haha). It brings a bright, uplifting vibe that complements the whole project beautifully.

My second layout was much the same principle, though starting with a 4”x12 piece of the same DSP across the bottom of the page, then blending the same rainbow of color up the page, with splatters in the same colors, then sprinkling the blooms up and around the photos from the dance.

I truly loved creating alternate layouts that blend beautifully together in a 2-page spread, as it gives you so many inspiring ideas on how to showcase the gorgeous FLORAL IMPRESSIONS DSP in different and creative ways.

Watch my YouTube for more step-by-step instructions.

Whether you’re scrapbooking family memories, seasonal celebrations, or your own spiritual journey, the Floral Impressions Suite offers a stunning way to preserve what matters most.

I hope this layout inspires you to slow down and document a sweet moment of your own. Let the beauty of God’s creation—and the joy of those you love—shine on your pages.

Happy stamping,

Angela, Wild Violets Art
