This lovely card has a secret… that is only available to those that open the card! This sheet of of DSP is so gorgeous, I wanted a card that could showcase the full 12” width of the rainbow floral paper. What better way than a z-fold!

I used an A2 card base in Basic White Thick cardstock and added a 4-1/8”x5-3/8” layer of Strawberry Slush cardstock, then folded a 12”x5-1/4” layer of DSP to a 4”x5-1/4 accordion (see images below).

One of the reasons I purchased this suite was for the oval shaped dies. By using the dashed edged oval die on Basic White cardstock, I was able to create a place for the sentiment on the inside DSP layer, then using the frame on the inside of the card base. I then used the other oval die to cut out a Strawberry Slush cardstock layer that perfectly nests under the white layer. I stamped some Lemon Lolly inked daisies with Daffodil Delight ink centers, then stamped my sentiment in Secret Sea ink.

I then stamped my front sentiment in Secret Sea ink on the gold label from the Foiled Frames & Labels Ephemera Pack. I love how the foiled labels have an extra foiled frame. I glued the frame down and popped up the sentiment label.

My final touch was adding the Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems to my card front and adhering coordinating DSP to my envelope flap.

I love daisies, and this card is so cheerful and sweet with the Lemon Lolly polka dots! I love a fun thank you card to send to my customers, and this adorable card is so easy to make!

I started with an A2 Basic White Thick cardstock base and added Lemon Lolly ink using the two solid flower center dots from the Impressions Abloom stamp set to the front of the card. I embossed a 2-5/8”x4” layer of Lost Lagoon Two-Tone cardstock and adhered it to a 2-3/4”x4-1/8” layer of Darling Duckling cardstock, then adding it to the card front.

I die-cut out two full-size daisies and one half-size daisy in Basic White cardstock. I die-cut two daisy centers in Darling Duckling cardstock, the die-cut one long leaf sprig and two leaves from Lost Lagoon cardstock. I first popped up the leaf sprig, then popped up the daisies, tucking each one under a leaf, adding the two leaves last.

My sentiment was stamped in Lost Lagoon ink on a 1”x2” scrap of DSP, snipped into a flag and popped up. My final touch was adding the gold Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems to my card front and stamping more polka dots on my envelope flap.
